Permissions
While Beatrust is a product that promotes open collaboration within an organization, it is possible to grant viewing and editing permissions to different users, allowing for more secure information sharing.
IP Access Restrictions
Accessible IP addresses can be restricted from the management console. You can operate it according to your company's needs, such as blocking access from non-office networks and VPN connections.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
In addition to SAML 2.0 authentication, single sign-on in conjunction with the services already in use, such as Google Workspace® and OIDC, is available. We also offer ID and password authentication according to your requirements.
Encrypted Communication
Communication with Beatrust is always encrypted with SSL/TLS to prevent data tampering, spoofing, and content leakage by malicious third parties.
ISO 27001 (ISMS) Certified
Beatrust has obtained ISO 27001 certification, an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). We are working daily to maintain and improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information for our customers.
